Position Overview

Machinery Masters is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and organize our growing sales operations across Canada. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at coordination, and can manage the full sales cycle, from lead intake to closing. You’ll play a key part in optimizing our team’s workflow, keeping the pipeline organized, and ensuring every client receives the high level of service Machinery Masters is known for.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee and organize the entire sales process, ensuring smooth handoffs between team members and departments.
  • Manage administrative and scheduling tasks for the sales team, including client appointments, follow-ups, and internal coordination.
  • Distribute and track incoming leads, ensuring timely responses and follow-through.
  • Monitor sales activities and maintain accurate CRM records for transparency and reporting.
  • Coordinate communication between sales representatives, service teams, and management to align on priorities and client needs.
  • Assist in developing and refining sales processes to increase efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Support and mentor sales representatives, providing guidance on workflow and best practices.

Who You Are

  • Exceptionally organized, with strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Skilled in communication and coordination, both internally and with clients.
  • Experienced in sales operations, CRM management, or team scheduling (experience in machinery or manufacturing is an asset).
  • Comfortable working independently while keeping leadership informed of key updates and performance metrics.
  • A team-oriented problem solver who can balance multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism.
  • Motivated by efficiency, process improvement, and helping a sales team perform at its best.
