Procurement Specialist

Position Overview

Machinery Masters is seeking a qualified and organized individual to join our procurement team. In this role, you’ll be integral to maintaining customer relations, processing orders and contributing to our growing database of supplier options. By joining our team, you'll be providing expert support while representing a respected name in the Canadian manufacturing industry.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a first point of contact for the majority of clients looking to purchase parts.
• Collaborate with client to assess needs and provide viable parts.
• Coordinate with the operations manager for administrative tasks.
• Document all activity related to open jobs accurately using our systems.
• Work independently and with a team as needed.

• You posses a very strong organizational mindset
• If you have a strong interpersonal skill set and a passion for learning, we’d love to hear from you (training available).
• You are willing to work independently but will keep the operations manager updated on all activities.
• You are a team player and can collaborate with different teams that intersect with your department.
• You’re dependable, self-motivated, and pride yourself on organization and communication.
