Procurement Coordinator

Position Overview

Machinery Masters is looking for a skilled and reliable Procurement Coordinator to join our driven team. You’ll play a critical role in our commitment to sourcing and distributing machine parts and accessories across Canada.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a point of contact for suppliers.
• Collaborate with customers to assess needs and provide quotations.
• Generate quotations with appropriate pricing.
• Place orders with suppliers as needed.
• Coordinate shipping & receiving.
• Continually monitor inventory and complete replenishment tasks as needed.
• Document all procurement activity accurately using our systems.
• Work with the Warehouse Coordinator to add to and maintain warehouse inventory
• Work independently, representing Machinery Masters with professionalism, while supporting team-based projects as needed.
