The surfaces of profiled and formed pieces are preferably coated using spray technology. Surface spraying machines can be utilized for nearly all spray systems. The type and quantity of spray guns are chosen depending upon lacquer type and quality requirements. All machines can be equipped with various transport and drying systems.

Surface spraying machine type HGS-Z

With this model, the gun carrier, oscillating at right angle to the conveyor direction, is located in the centre of the spray cabin. The linear drive unit is situated outside of the spray vapour area and is supplied with pressurized, filtrated air.

Surface spraying machine type HGS-DUO/C

This is a high performance spray machine with two spray gun carriers located in the infeed and outfeed of the spray cabin. The gun drive itself is situated outside of the spray vapour area and is supplied with filtrated, pressurized air.

Surface spraying machine type HGS-K

This machine has been especially designed for factories with limited production needs. Due to the compact design, the required floor space is kept to a minimum and both the infeed and outfeed tables can easily be raised. The machine is delivered ready to run.

A technical breakthrough is the transport belt and associated paint reclaim system, which can be operated without cleaning solvents.

Beside the standard spray system, the machine can also be equipped with a small quantity paint supply system.

High-performance spray coating machine for door skins

This environmentally friendly solution was especially developed for the use of water-based paint systems and guarantees a maximum production output in continuous running mode and a paint transfer efficiency of more than 95 %. The integrated CoolacŽ-paint recovery system allows, in general, re-use of the paint. This leads to savings in paint consumption

Spray coating machine for steering wheels

This plant was especially constructed for the coating of wood jacketed steering wheels with polyester lacquer. It incorporates the coating unit as well as the drying and curing unit. The flowing polyester lacquer requires a permanent rotation of the steering wheels and a strict adherence to the gel-time.

Output example:

One shift: 135 steering wheels, 1 steering wheel approx. 3,5 minutes

Automatic spindle machine

In accordance with work piece size or design, we offer automatic spray spindle systems with different solutions. Two versions are available, horizontal or vertical, to achieve the customers demands. Different conveyor systems can be combined.

Booth housing

All machines have a large volume spray area with smooth wide inner walls to reduce build-up of paint mist and ease cleaning.The booth ceiling serves as the supply air filter roof. The booth housing can be supplied as a `clean room` where extreme surface finishing is required. The gun drives of all these machines are located outside the spray area.
