These machines are used for processing solvent-based lacquer systems.

They differ in terms of the type of extraction, such that LT stands for dry extraction and LW for water wash design.

This type of machine is used exclusively for processing water-based-paints. The overspray is collected by constantly cooled collecting equipment. One advantage of this spraying machine is the high efficiency corresponding to the significant savings of lacquer due to the paint recovery system. Another advantage is the low effort required for cleaning.

This machine is used for processing solvent-free UV paint.  The overspray is recovered with a concurrent reduction of the amount of exhausted air in the shortest way. High efficiency, due to the high grade of overspray recovery, is once again an advantage.

All machines have a large volume spray area with smooth wide inner walls to reduce build-up of paint mist.
