Conveyor belt curve 90° / 180°

 

The patented  closed belt curve allows the work pieces to project beyond the curve dimensions. Small parts and large work pieces are conveyed without problems and damages, carefully and quietly.

Angle transfers 90° / 180°

Different to curve conveyors, the angle conveyors operate in cycles. Depending on requirements, they can be used as collecting or separating devices.

Production processes may require the collection, separation or bringing together of work pieces. These components are designed specifically for the task required.

A simple and safe solution for the rotation from lengthwise to crosswise or from crosswise to lengthwise is rotation by using a tapered roller or cam-operated rocker. Turning is used when processing the surface of work pieces on both sides is required. Depending on the production requirements, there are a number of solutions which our company has developed.

 

Stacking equipment frequently forms the beginning or the end of a production line. Feeding or removal of parts takes place precisely and automatically.
