The described spraying machines can be extended by using different

denibbing and wiping machines.

This machine is used for smooth sanding and denibbing profiled surfaces, bodies and moulded parts. Depending upon requirements, different brush types and designs can be chosen. Single or line operation is possible.

Denibbing machine optional extras:

Denibbing machine with transverse sanding unit. The transverse sanding unit offers the possibility to increase the sanding result. It can be exchanged 1:1 against a round brush unit.

This machine was developed for denibbing, sanding, wiping, oiling, polishing and waxing wooden workpieces. The very compact design of the machine means that the VBS-K is generally operated in smaller production companies.

Depending upon requirements, this machine can be adapted for the treatment of stained, oiled or waxed wooden work pieces. The transport unit can be equipped with a vacuum unit. The rotating brush units are mounted diagonally opposed to the feed direction (optional).

At the infeed of the spray machines, de-dusting or abrasive brushes for smoothing raw or sealer coated work pieces can be installed, and on the outfeed side, brushes for wiping.
